Jennifer Lurie

General Counsel

As our General Counsel, Jennifer is focused on building a first-class legal team and driving processes to support and accelerate our business growth and manage risk. She is also an executive sponsor of ​​Cytel’s ESG and sustainability strategy and initiatives.

Jennifer has 25 years’ of experience practicing in a wide variety of legal areas, including corporate, securities, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Cytel, she was Senior Vice President, Corporate Counsel at NTT DATA, Inc. where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, advising the executive team and the ​board of directors. She also managed corporate governance for group companies ​throughout the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, and supported global finance and treasury initiatives.

Jennifer holds a BA from University of California at Davis and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, degree from the University of San Francisco.
